Bobbi Losee Vernon, MA, ICE-CCP, is a senior learning architect with Global Skills X-Change (GSX). She applies strategic design with learning experience design to craft customized learning strategies and solutions. Her experience includes managing a global training portfolio for an international membership association, creating training for highly technical IT projects, managing the curriculum and exam development efforts for the launch of a high-stakes credentialing program in the investment industry, developing continuing education, and serving as a design thinking facilitator and an ATD-certified expert coach. She has been involved with the Assessment-Based Certificate Accreditation Council (ACAC) since 2012, serving as both a reviewer and as chair. She also served on I.C.E.'s Branding Architecture Project Advisory Group and Accreditation Services Council.

Fae Mellichamp is a consulting psychometrician with experience in licensure, certification and assessment-based certification programs. She has served as a psychometric reviewer on the Assessment-Based Certification Program Council since 2014 and is a co-author on the recently published Credentialing Insights article "New White Paper: Addressing Problem Areas With ACAP Applications."

Heather Rich, MPA, ICE-CCP, is an executive director with Smithbucklin and has 14 years of certification experience covering over 21 different exams. She serves as the executive director for the American Board of Certification for Gastroenterology Nurses (ABCGN), executive director for AAST and the senior certification manager for the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC). Rich has gained extensive experience with all aspects of certification, governance and accreditation standards, and has led the re-accreditation process for ABCGN, ALNCCB and AACVPR. She has been an active volunteer with I.C.E. since 2014.
