Jessica M. Anderson, ICE-CCP

Jessica M. Anderson, ICE-CCP, director, test development, licensure and certification, has been helping organizations and individuals in the licensure and certification industry to better understand the people side of their businesses, industries and workplaces for 15 years. In her current role, Ms. Anderson is responsible for coordinating and facilitating content development activities for licensure and certification program exams along all phases of the test development lifecycle. She blends her experience with high-stakes credentialing programs and knowledge of industry standards and research to develop customized and applicable solutions for credentialing programs.

Ms. Anderson completed PhD-level coursework in I-O Psychology at the City University of New York Graduate Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.

Brett P. Foley, PhD

Alpine Testing Solutions

Brett P. Foley is a senior psychometrician at Alpine Testing Solutions. He has worked with many types of testing programs in licensure, certification and education. Dr. Foley received his PhD in quantitative, qualitative and psychometric methods from the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a past president of the Northern Rocky Mountain Educational Research Association. He currently serves on the Nebraska Board of Engineers and Architects as a public member. His research interests include standard setting, policy considerations in testing and using visual displays to inform the test development process.

Holly Saraullo

Data Recognition Corporation

Holly Saraullo, executive vice president, licensure and certification, has more than 26 years of experience in the assessment, licensure and certification industry. This experience includes work across business development, account management, test development, operations and finance. Ms. Saraullo has built strong relationships over the years and is well known as a trusted advisor throughout the testing community. She has a proven track record of delivering results, improving operational efficiencies and guaranteeing customer satisfaction to help ensure her clients meet their goals.

In her current role, Ms. Saraullo is responsible for providing leadership and executive oversight for DRC’s solutions and services in the licensure and certification market. She is an active member of Association of Test Publishers (ATP), Institute of Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.), and the Certification Networking Group (CNG).

Ms. Saraullo holds a B.S. in accounting.
