I.C.E.'s Credentialing Insights Right to Publish Agreement

Thank you for authoring content (the "work") for I.C.E.'s Credentialing Insights. In order to fully utilize your work, I.C.E. must obtain your agreement to the following:

1. I hereby assign to I.C.E. the right to publish my work.
2. I confirm that this work is my original work* and will not violate the rights of any other parties.
3. I hereby grant permission to I.C.E. to identify me as the author or co-author.
4. I hereby grant I.C.E. the right to use my name, likeness, photograph and biographical information in connection with the advertising, publicity or promotion of the work in I.C.E.’s publications on a perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free basis. Other than the attribution I will receive as author of the work, I understand that I will receive no other compensation for the rights granted to I.C.E. in this agreement.
